Looked at other messages and not found a solution, been trying to get hold of a phoen number for sky as the virtual support is not helpful and neither is the troubleshooting. Restarted, reset etc and no joy. WiFi is connected and working, on the TV is say connection strong, but on my service status section says connection poor. Can anybody help?
