The Bill - Missing episodes

so I am a lover of the bill and I've been watching it since about series 20. (Don't really like the really old stuff.) I have always noted the occasional episode missing which I just presumed was removed due to legal purposes or something, Now I've just finished series 23 there seems to be a hell of a lot more episode missing to the point you can easily miss four or five episodes in a row. 

But here comes the unusual part, If you go on the U app, Those episodes which are missing from sky glass are available to watch via the app! It's just extremely frustrating because I like watching it from my sky glass because of the ad skipping, If I watch the missing episodes from the U app, I have to sit through bloody ads.

Sky have a department to deal with missing episodes etc. drop an email to viewerR@sky.uk 

they normally respond quite quickly

What did they expect me to do, Go through all 2400+ episodes and make a list of every single one that that's missing? 😂 I can tell you now there was probably 100+ missing between series one and series 26.

I have just finished going through every single episode on sky glass and making a note of every single episode missing... I am absolutely speechless. How many episodes are actually missing. 

I will email them now but they will probably take one look at it. I'm not even bother fixing it because of the amount of episodes missing.

Times have moved on considerably since The Bill was first written and aired so I suppose it stands a chance that some of the content is no longer appropriate in 2026. You can see missing episodes of The Sweeney, The Professionals from the same era.

Good work! Make sure you make a point of informing them that those episodes are on the U app but not linked into the sky glass
