Hi @Jools09 

 

In the first instance reboot your Glass. (Settings > System Management> Resets & Updates > Reboot).

 

If that doesn't restore service try turning your Glass off at the mains > power off your router / ONT for 30 seconds> power on ONT / Router and wait for internet connection to be restored > turn on your glass at the mains.
