Technical error

Keeps saying their is a technical error when trying to watch anything on the sky

That is generally down to poor connectivity a weak WiFi signal mostly. Check it in the Netflix app under settings if weak move the router or connect an Ethernet cable. 

Rebooting power off on can also help.
