Technical Issue
A techinical issue keepts coming up after watching 'live tv' after about 20 minutes and then won't go away. The screen is blue and a banner at the top says 'There is a technical issue, that is preventing you from watching tv.' You can still hear the programme but obviously not see it due to the blue screen. If I change the channel I can watch a new channel for a short while and then it comes up again. It's ok when watching things through an app like Netflix, Prime even the BBC app etc. This started happening about 1 week ago.
I have tried all the usual things so far - switching off the tv. and doing: Settings → System Management → Resets & Updates → Restart device. Any other advice or anyone experiencing similar issues? Thanks

Have you checked the broadband speed your TV is receiving? The only way to do this is via the get help menu on the Netflix app. Run a network check from there and see what speed is reported.
Sky Glass needs as fast and stable a connection as possible. Any small speed fluctuations or interference can cause the signal to drop enough to trigger the errors you are seeing.
It's often worth splitting the WiFi frequencies on your router and renaming them so you can choose to connect to whatever is more stable, be it 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. Or, if possible, connect Glass to your router via ethernet cable and turn WiFi off in the TV's network settings.
