TV - wifi not connected

Hi,

For the past 4 days my TV can't connect to Wi-fi.

When I got to Settings/Network and Internet, it shows that the Wifi is off. The button cannot be switched on, it automatically switches itself off. 

I have managed to connect the ethernet from the broadband router into the TV but it's very slow (2-3 minutes to connect to any movie)

All other devices are connecting to broadband without any issues. 

Anyone knows what's happening?

If you haven't done it power the TV off at the mains plus power of the router to clear any cache.  Once the router is back up then power on the TV and look in settings connectivity to see if the WiFi is there. In addition you can tell the TV to forget the current WiFi and then re-enter the WiFi details.
