Stuck Tv

My sky glass tv has frozen on Disney plus it won't turn off by the remote or the button on the side of the tv? Would it be fine to just unplug it, as it always seems to take ages to reconnect once it's been unplugged.

@milliefr yes, turn it off at the plug for 30 seconds or so. You've really no other choice in the circumstances.
