Standby mode

My sky glass won't go into standby mode , not a problem most people would worry about but handy when fall asleep at night if I switch standby mode off and then on it will work the next time but then revert back to staying on the whole time any answers would be appreciated thanks ..

@Phil205  Your 2nd thread created today has been removed, you raised the same isue yesterday and your post has been escalated to the Community Messaging team, you need to engage withim via the chat bubble they have sent.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Since realised that the warning to pick up the remote  comes on the screen after an hour then disappears after a while , and the television does not not switch itself off ...
