Sound distorted on Sky Air

My sky air tv sound is really badly distorted. Tried different settings on the tv but nothing makes it sound better. Not had the tv long and rarely used.

@Jules-7277 as you've not had the tv for long, I imagine it's still under warranty. I'd give Sky a call to get it replaced.

The sound on Sky Glass is pretty basic but should still be clear. If there is sound distortion or vibration you may have a damaged or ill fitting speaker. Give Sky a call.
