Sly glass gen 1

Hoping someone can help i habe a gen 1 sky glass it has neber updated and never had the option for update ive tried all steps to update including the forced update and it still wont do it anyone have any advice as sky has no char option anniversary tried phoning and cantnremebe through to them.....

@DraugarFlame  You can't force software updates on Glass/Stream it is done automatically.

What is the current software build & UI build showing on your Glass TV

Software build is showing QS037.026.00P which its been forgot knows hiw long now andnthe ui is showing as 2.50.6 which again has been that for good knows how long as far as I'm aware there was an update that was supposed to be build version QS036.012.00P

A build version does not go down in number, if you have QS037 it's the latest one, QS036 is the version prior to QS037.

@DraugarFlame  Your UI 2.50.6 is also on the latest one for Glass.  The UI for the Stream pucks is in the process of being updated to UI 3.2.0 but not for Glass at the moment.
