Is this on a Sky Glass TV? If it's been happening since you got it then you need to contact Sky for further troubleshooting and get the unit replaced. You're paying a LOT of money for this thing and if it's not working properly you should get one that does.
Remember that Sky Glass has a two year warranty - if you're paying for it on a four year loan agreement and something goes wrong with it after 2 years, you'll still need to continue paying for it, even if it doesn't work.
