Sky stream puck problem
New to sky stream...all set up last week ..it is however blanking out screen for a couple of seconds then after 20 or so minutes screen goes grey , anyone have any ideas?

What broadband speed are you getting? Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check what your puck is getting by opening netflix> profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check.
You may need to reposition your puck or may have better luck connecting via homeplugs or ethernet. Ensure that your turn WiFi off in the settings if you do this.
