Sky stream blank screen

Using sky stream, switched it on and found no sound nor picture when selecting multiple channels!  

reset WiFi and then switched off puck multiple times. No improvement

Then Removed power cable for a little over 30 seconds and tried again, I have sound now but blank screen for all channels.....any suggestions?

you could try a different hdmi port or / and different hdmi cable 

it's also possible the stream puck has reverted from the auto picture setting to a setting not supported by the tv - you could try plugging into a different tv and see if you get the same result

also worth pulling the plug for 10 minutes or so or even overnight if possible
