Sky puck missing from my order

i changed to sky glass and already had whole home was told sky puck would be sent to replace multitool at no cost i still have not recieved it and have had to purchase one but still want the one i should of had from sky i phoned was told missed from order and would be sent and still not recieved 3 months later

You usually get the 1st one free and then they are £39.99 each as a set up fee. As we are fellow customers on the community all you can do is call sky and see if they will honour your free puck or make a complaint.
