Sky it’s soooo bad

Can't get any where to help you after 9 pm 

my tv it's not working and they don't care... 

calls cut out straight after you ask for help " please call us back  8am till 9 pm... " where's the emergency call number ? 
Can't wait for my contract to end and go back to Virgin again. Yes you have been on hold for while, but there is someone 24/7 that can help you. Not like sky, hang up " sorry we close now"  so bad

@Joey2000 what problem are you having? A number of the issues from the Sky Streaming platform can be self-resolved so there may be no need to call Sky.

I'd suggest loss of subscription television service is unlikely to be considered an emergency in most jurisdictions.
