Sky go

Does anyone know why all of a sudden I'm getting charged for sky go when it's been free until I've just gone over to streaming. It was included as vip customer

There is no charge for Sky GO there is a charge for Sky GO Extra😉

 

Try requesting reinstatement of your Sky GO Extra VIP privilege🤔

Hi @michael18 

 

Sky go extra isn't available to purchase on Glass / Stream it is part of the whole home pack. Therefore cannot be gifted free of charge.

Your Q contract and Stream contact are two different accounts with different benifts. This should have been explained to you when ordering tho.

Sky stopped giving Sky GO Extra as a VIP privilege a long time ago ... so it is unsurprising it not transferable😟
