Have you only recently switched from Q to Glass? If you're within 31 days since you received the Glass TV you can absolutely cancel and get them to come and collect it (for a £25 returns fee) - just make sure you take photos of it before it leaves your house, so that you can prove the condition it was in when it left you.
You'll need to call Sky to switch back to Q and start a new 24 month contract.
