Sky glass

What is wrong with sky glass tv. The tv keeps freezing all the time. I have had engineer out been on the help desk and on the telephone on numerous occasions over the past days.

Hi @ChristC 

 

We are fellow customers on the community not Sky. You will need to provide more information i.e. what has the engineer and support advised you? Have you tried connecting via ethernet or homeplugs? What speed is your broadband, what speed is you glass getting (check in netflix), who is your ISP? Etc etc?

 

I have 2 Glass TVs and 4 pucks working with no issues, but there are some users who seem to strugglem
