Sky glass
Hi we recently got rid of sky as we couldn't afford it. Does anyone know why we can't get basic channels such as bbc1 etc?

Re: Sky glass
@b-o-n-n-ie You've posted in the Sky Glass forum so presumably you have a Glass TV, if you cancelled your TV subs you'll only get access to the apps and any DTT channels via an outdoor aerial.
You won't be able to access any channels within the Glass TV Guide
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
