Sky glass screen

My sky glass tv screen has a block at the bottom of the screen with fuzzy lines going across but it's also reflecting off the top of the screen any ideas

@AJL94 difficult to visualise, but as a first step, turn it off at the plug overnight and see if it returns to normal.
