Sky glass remote

My sky glass remote has stopped working,I have tried to contact sky but no luck,The battery springs have came apart from the remote itself I've tried to fix it but no luck,How do I get a replacement quickly,I'm in Ireland so I don't know if the Amazon link will allow me too or has anyone bought one off eBay I don't mind that way either

Hi @R1  Have a look at this LINK concerning replacement remotes.  If your Glass TV is still within the 24 month warranty you may be able to get the remote replaced under warranty alternatively you will nee to purchase one through Amazon (I'm assuming they will send to Ireland).

There is now a Sky Glass remote App which you can use on your Apple or Android mobile phones.  The link above also gives details of the App.

Also you can use the sky remote app download from google app store or apple store depending on your phone until you can get a new remote
