I have ordered sky tv

it says on my order sky glass pack

what is a sky glass pack and why is it not showing in delivery information

Sky Glass is a purchased Sky-branded television set with Sky subscription content.

Sky Stream is a small set top box ('puck') loaned for use on your own television set to access Sky subscription content.

The difference is many hundreds of pounds, so it's preferable to be aware of what you've actually ordered.

Glass would be the television set, and Live is its optional camera accessory.
