Sky glass not streaming
Had a sky glass for a week trying to watch football keeps freezing on stream either fix it or come and collect it all under the 30 days cooling off period

You are not talking to sky this is a customer helps customer community. Please provide further details such as your ISP broadband speeds etc. Also run a speed test in Netflix (profile pic > get help > connectivity check).
Alternatively call sky to arrange collection.

Sky Glass is entirely self-setup, unlike Sky Q it has no engineer support.
It is up to you, the customer, to troubleshoot your home broadband network in order to provide the Glass TV with a fast and stable enough connection in order to run the service.
If you are not willing or capable enough to do this then you are probably best returning the TV. Sky charge a £25 returns fee to come and collect it.
