Sky Store Issues

On the Sky Glass as the sky store purchases are using an app you can only amend one device per month so if you have a sky glass and puck you can't add both. Then you are only allowed 4 devices this will now be impacted as previously all you sky products (sky Q and mini boxes) didn't count so you only had your phone and childrens devices

And i've noticed the picture on sky store purchases is fairly poor too.

Hi @Geayson 

With the Sky Go App the Sky Glass TV doesn't count as one of the Devices.

Don't  know how this relates to the Sky Store App.

Stream on two Sky Go devices at the same time. Or with the Whole Home pack, stream on four Sky Go devices at the same time.

To use Sky Go on your games console, you'll need the Whole Home pack.

Your Sky Glass TV doesn't count as one of your Sky Go devices.

Hi @oldfella it's only relating to sky store as I don't need to login to my sky go to work the sky glass but it does now require you to login to your sky store like a prime account, although it does not need you to

I am trying to add my SKY store purchase to my SKY Glass and although I have double checked my username and password, it just won't accept it, saying not recognised (or something - I was so cross after attempt two thousnad and ninety two (or so it seemed) I gave up looking!

 

Any idea?

 

Do I need to wait a month as this suggests (confused)?

 

I don't actually use SKY Go but assume have it. 

 

We had SKY Q before with one mini box. 

 

I have successfully added Disney+ today just not my purchases from SKY Store. Haven't the enerrgy left to attempt adding Netflix or Prime 🙄

Having registered one of my Sky Pucks when first receiving my Sky Glass, it looks like I can't register to Glass until January and my other Puck will have to wait until Febuary. When I had SkyQ and 3 mini box's I could watch Sky Store on all 4 of these and 2 iPhones and another 2 iPads, now I can watch on TV's and 1 iPad.
