Sky Glass subscription

I have subscribed to MUTV and other apps via Sky Glass but they don't show on Sky Go and when I try to add to MUTV I'm asked for a viewing card number that doesn't exist with Sky Glass. Anyone any ideas how's to link?

@LMccaff  Sky Go is a legacy app designed for Sky Q and is not and never will be linked to Sky Glass/Stream as the platforms are very different.

Thanks @GD1. that being the case, is it not possible to add Sky Glass to the Man Utd app under the Sky subscription page? It asks for a 9 digit viewing card number. All I have is my 12 digit account number.

@LMccaff  No as to use Man Utd on your Glass TV you need to subscribe through Sky, as you've found Sky Glass/Sream do not have viewing card numbers, everything is linked directly to your account/tv packs with Sky.

I'm currently beta testing the new Sky Go app for Glass/Stream.   There's no option to add channels.

...and I'm sure that this is made very clear up-front in all phonecalls when customers are persuaded to move across from SkyQ... 😞
