Sky Glass remote won’t connect

Have had sky Glass a couple of months and cannot connect the remote. Have tried all the help with no success. What do I do

If your remote has suddenly stopped responding, after working before, try repairing it;

 

  1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for 3 seconds.
  2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
  3. Follow the instructions on screen
