Sky Glass loses connection intermittently
Since moving our broadband provider, our Sky Glass loses internet connection intermittently. We can go several days with no issues then it drops off. It is particularly problematic when using the Playlist. The tv is the only device in the house which is affected. Can anyone offer a reason for this?

Which provider did you move to ? There have been similar issues posted with EEs standard router
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.
