Sky Glass keeps switching off by itself
We have a new Glass tv, provided because our Sky Glass tv had stopped responding to voice commands. This one switches itself off from time to time. Very annoying.

Re: Sky Glass keeps switching off by itself
Hi @EAOH
Glass does have quite aggressive power saving mode and the on-screen prompt can often be missed.
Some further details here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-turning-on-off-glance-motion-technology
If it is trying to power off in less than the expected time frame. Try powering off (standby) and then turn off at the mains for a few minutes.
