Sky Glass app
I am having an issue with the Channel 4 app on Sky glass when i want to watch anything an error message comes up.
3031-DEEPLINK-PROGRAMME
anyone know how to fix this

Have you tried rebooting the TV and/or refreshing the apps?

Yes i have rebooted my sky glass. It seems to be when i have added a program on my playlist for channel 4 then try to watch it and it comes up with the above error message

If you go directly to the Channel 4 app and search for the programme in there, rather than trying to play it from the playlist, does it work?

Have just tried that it still comes up
with the same error message

Having just done quick search on the forum this is a suggested solution from an earlier post:
I find the quick way to clear it is to shut down the Ch4 app and watch a few seconds of live TV or another App and then return to Ch4. This usually works. If it is continually happening then it might be time to refresh the apps through Settings > System Management > Refresh Apps (do NOT factory reset). This process can take a few hours but is done in the background so you can continue using your Glass/Puck.

@Wazza26 The advice given in the post above by @Padam_Padam usually works for me. I watch quite a lot of Ch4 content so it is a shame their App is so dire. As well as this deeplink error message I also frequently get DRM failure messages. The same process usually fixes the DRM failure as well.
