Its possible whatever the fix is it is gradually rolling out, so if some people are reporting a success maybe just try again in 5-10 minutes.

@mikealanr I saw there was an outage at the start but when I logged in to find that out it told me the problem was with my tv/puck/remote/wifi. I'm a 51 year old menopausal women. I don't have the brain power for all this technology stuff anymore. I want to put tv on, watch it, put it off. Honestly I'm on the edge of a mental breakdown!!

Hold power button, turn of the switch wait 3 seconds and power on again until the red light starts flashing repeatedly

Try turning off tv , turn on whille holding the on tv button to reset software update. Then I just used my normal Sky glass remote to turn it on and it worked

Ours is finally working! Had to reboot the TV again in recovery mode and then update it. Everyone try that 🙏

It appears to be working again. I did a software update and after a reboot it asked me to connect to my sky account but after that it seems to be up and running again...woohoo 😄😄😄

I've tried that several times. Not only does it not work, but it's rather difficult when the plug switch is on the other side of the room. Had to rope my wife into helping me.

I'm still stuck on the sky logo appearing and disappearing. It doesn't recognise my network details when I try the reboot.
