I was previously with VirginTV and whilst I had some problems I never had no service for this length of time.
Thats the nature of major outage for a modern complx technology based platform unfortunately. Things will go down and typically no one will have any clue how long it will take to resolve as they first have to identify the cause before they can even start thinking and working on the fix.

Refund due to lack of service
It appears that there is a major service outage impacting multiple geographic areas and therefore loads of customers.
But, do we get a refund on our expensive packages?

Re: Both stream pucks stopped working!
My puck keeps loading and then turning its self off so maybe the problem is the same I know there are problems at the minute with sky glass and sky stream so hopefully that's why yours have failed I tried to contact sky before I new there was a problem but it was a 60 minute wait 🙈, hopefully it will resume soon as I have no tv haha

@Jporch316 Well it's nice to know that not only person is affected. But I would like to know how the update was approved.
They don't have a department that tests their new code?
When I code, I test it, my boss tests it, our clients test it if they want and then we release.

Sky haven't released the reason for the outtage. Not sure it is a software update as there are quite a lot of devices still working (including mine).
