sky glass Tv

Good eveing I have been having problems since early this evening when my sky TV just turned off and now will not turn on  I have tried all the methods that they have said to try and still no joy. Any one else having these kinds of issues

Re: Both stream pucks stopped working!

I am having this issue was this resolved? Both pucks at the same time stopped working having had them for over a year. The sky logo turns on then flashes off on both of them. I have tried resetting both.

I have the same issue. Netflix is fine.

 

Frustrating that the App just says known issue (has done since 6pm) but there is no resolution or update info.

 

Go to website and it says no issue.

 

I was previously with VirginTV and whilst I had some problems I never had no service for this length of time.

same here, no lights, however i did the turn off at the mains then holding the power button on the side in turn on the power still holding in the power button on the side untill the red light on the front blinks then you can let go, this forces tv to download updates.

i did this tv updated i thought great i can watch tv but then nothing just a black screen and no lights.

it did say if you have to wait more than 20 mins for update to finish go to sky.com/startupLT for further help.

My sky glass won't turn on; I have reset it from the side 

it is now black screen and red light pulsing 

I've had a issue with it for a while, only way it will work is I turn it on and off at the mains 

starting from standbye want working - but now nothing

Sky Glass tv flashing ted LED

My Sky Glass TV turned off and now I just have a flashing, red LED. The remote is fine, and I've had it unplugged for more than 30 minutes before trying to switch it back on. I've tried the troubleshooting guide in which it suggests holding down the standby button on the side of the TV and then switching back on. Nothing seems to be working.

So should I leave it switched on at the mains or switch it off? ie will switching it off affect any resolution to the issue?

Have had the same thoughts about dumping sky glass and go back to sky Q and a normal TV, Never had any issues and recordings were always reliable.
