I feel incredibly sorry for anyone who's just bought one, mine is literally 2 years old and we're going to have a ceremonial burning of it in the back garden as it's the worst piece of tech since the Sinclair C5.

I only received my sky glass to yesterday worked fine got home from work tonight and I can't get it on done the reset thing only for it to cut out again

Been home for work for over 3 hours now, with nothing and the only thing sky tell us is there's a outage problem and we're work to fix it...... How about you tell us how long it will be off, as at the moment sky are getting paid and not providing service or answer.

Used recovery mode to switch it on , it only updated itself and then said it was restarting but nothing.  I've even unplugged and plugged back in , ive put new fuse in it and nothing.  I've checked the power cable all working .

In Greenside Ryton Tyne and Wear. Having the same problem. Sky streaming froze, I rebooted the puk 5 times and still it keeps flashing white but it doesn't connect.

I'm wondering if Sky will reimburse us for the loss of TV?

Same no red light and sky glass tv won't turn on. Biggest regret getting this as it's a con to pay £800 or a tv and stuck in contract with em. Tv is cheaper in currys **bleep**.

I would say it don't matter if it's minutes hours or days. You should get something as a gesture of good will regardless.

Sky Glass TV wont turn on. The standby light is on but going from solid to slow dim and the. Solid again.

I've changed the batteries on the remote, tried another plug socket, tried a reset but even after its done its recovery it goes back to solid/slow light and still won't turn on. Tv is 11 months old.
