Sky Glass Power up Issues 19-9-24

My main TV works, the pucks do not. I have reset both but cannot find activation link one on TV does not exist and Sky website now down. Pucks have been down since 4 pm yesterday!

Another absoulte shambles from SKY ive now had no tv for 20 hours and i have spend 2 hours 40 minutes on hold trying to speak to someone. £139 a month for this level of service. All the resets shown here resuklt in a frozen screen

How do you order a new puck if you are unable to speak to any one?

Reset it now 6 times and still nothing. 

God I wish I never had this sky glass crap

Doesn't work! Tried it last night and now three times this morning! TV still not on but red light flashing. White light above standby button intermittent in showing lit, on and off!

Red light is just going off and on very slowly

ive updated, it's showing channels etc but doesn't work keeps saying technical fault. Also all the colours in custom settings have defaulted back to factory settings.

I have done everything you listed, it did say my pin was wrong so I reset, got a message saying it had changed and to enter pin again, I did this and again it said pin incorrect, I have rebooted the puck twice and cannot get past the pin page. I have 3 pucks in my house, why do engineers not physically come and fix rather than expecting customers to do it, these pucks are worse than the original sky boxes from the 1990s!!!

@KevNewMediaI have done all the steps on  numerous occasions since yesterday.the puck came up and running this morn but the actual sky glass tv isn't.it just keeps telling me to connect to my router.also when I press standby on tv there are no lights that flash??
