Turning it self on and off

My box is just Turing it self on and off I have tried everything , but it dies say on the sky app they are having technical problems with sky glass/stream customers.

I've tried everything sky has told me the side button standby isn't even working it's blinking red won't turn on anybody help

I have tried pressing 4 & 6 together, even unplugged to for 5 minutes, now just getting red standby light on intermittently and nothing happening

SKY Glass been down a few hours. Pucks not working either. Tried all the usual stuff.

Yes, same here and if you phone you get an automated message and then it says the customer services are currently closed for staff training.

@Jporch316perhaps not if you're elderly and not remotely tech savvy as many folks who've been "sold" Sky glass and it's their only company. I work as a volunteer for Age UK and know how much many old folk rely on their TV's and they can't easily switch to a laptop or tablet. They just sit looking at a blank screen feeling lonely.

Have sky glass in main room and stream Puck in bedroom and not been working g for nearly 5 hours now, at least a bit of info actually from sky would be nice, do they know what is causing the issue? How much longer will it be? Random users of this threads theories are good and all, but some actual information would be nice, if I miss the first episode of The Penguin tomorrow my rage shall know no bounds

Almost 9pm and still down. Neighbours who have skyQ not having the same issue. Sky Glass was supposed to be an upgrade...
