Hi @Shelll If a simple reboot as described by @MarkGoldsmith doesn't get you reconnected I find the following procedure always works for me
Put your Glass or puck into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV (or puck) and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
If you are still having issues the following help thread might help.

Sky glass tv advising no Internet connection but all ok with router. Any suggestions?
First thing - have you tried rebooting it?
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.
