Sky Glass Gen 2 won’t power up
Plugged the new TV in today. Has a flashing red light (tried in multiple sockets).
Has 6/7 circle marks at the top where it looks damaged. Just wondering how to turn it on as tried everything in manual and help section. Thanks.

@ShaunKaneyy I would give SKy a call as the TV should not have any marks for a new item.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Quality control seems to be a real issue with the gen2 Glass. I've seen a few reports of this type of screen issue on YouTube and Facebook from customers who've just taken delivery of a supposedly new TV. It's the sort of thing you'd forgive on a supermarket TV costing a couple of hundred quid but not on something costing upwards of a grand at the largest size.
I'm so glad I returned mine. I won't be buying another Sky TV product.
