Sky Glass Contract cannot sign

I am unable to sign my sky  glass contract, it is a blank screen all the time. Sky customer service cannot help. It has cancelled once and is soon to cancel again ... help

@Swiifty7 try closing all Sky.com websites, then clearing your browser cache. Or try your browser's incognito/provacy mode Or try using a completely different browser

I have already had to cancel one contract and to make matters worse the money just goes back as a credit rather than a refund so I'm £40 down when this fails tomorrow.
