Sky Glass Air

Here is a record yesterday, called Sky  and was in the phone for 4 1/2 hours to 16 different departments and so called experts and in five different countries.

The purpose of the call Sky Glass Sync issues.

The fact is pure and simple Sky Glass Air is rotten, and I was sold the bag of nails two months ago. I wa sold it when my contract renewed based on which I thought was a good deal. I was told it wa the top of the range Sky Glass TV by one of the Sky sales team, and Sky Q will no longer be supported in around two years, when we will all be streaming.

After nine days I noticed an issue with the vocal and mouth synchronisation and reported it to Sky, I kept reporting the same issue for a further couple of weeks and was advised, Sky knows there is an issue and they were advised two days ago and the experts were working on a fix (Lie no 1).I was then told to be patient and a software update would be downloaded to my tv at midnight (Lie 2). I was the passed to Bulgaria where a expert told me that the TVs were sub standard and had a prosesor issue and it wasn't a software issue. That's funny I have been saying that for weeks. I am now trying to to send the tv back, but the won't accept it as it is now outwith the cooling off period even though I reported it several times in the 31 day period. 27 years of loyalty and you get treated like **bleep**e.

i am now back to Sky Q and awaiting a resolution, of which I have offered several alternatives. Why did Sky sell me a product that is **bleep** and has had this issue since last year if you read the forum. I don't not think Sky realises there are other providers out there. Sky are constantly lying from their Indian call centres, and UK advisors have told me there is definatly a training issue and it was going to be reported.

on a footnote stay well clear of Sky Air, and I will never get that 4 1/2 hours back in my life.

At present Sky sucks and it's not the last they have heard of this issue.
