Sky Glass 2 offer
Sky currently offering 25% off sky glass
if i add a 55" gen 2 it says £14 a month for 48 months
so add it to basket and then sign in and it then goes up to £19
so range them told them your offer says £14 for existing customers
but they kept saying no its £19
not getting anywhere with them.

Re: Sky Glass 2 offer
Hi @pendlerose
The only option is for you tonmake a formal complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/your-account/making-a-complaint
Just make sure you screen shot the offer and have confirmed eligibility etc in the terms.
