Shows missing from my playlist

When I go to the A-Z playlist, there are only shows A-L. I know that there should be more shows. Any idea how to find them? Thanks.

@JHJHJHJ Try rebooting your Glass or puck (whichever you have).  SImply switch it off at the plug socket and wait for a minute before switching it on again.  This will often resolve software glitches.

I have rebooted the Tv but, unfortunately, this has not resolved the issue.
