Show cutting off

On every channel I watch the screen randomly goes black for a few seconds then comes back on.

We have had the same. Just had a call apparently from sky asking if we have had problems as they have had lots of problems. They said we cpuld get a discount for the disruption. My husbamd answered and wasn't sure if it was a scam so said we woild ring them back.

Have you had anything similar? It seems ok today

No call from sky. It does sound like a scam. Had to reset the puck for it to work properly. Hope you get sorted.
