Screen keeps going black

When I watch sky stream the picture keeps dropping out and has a black screen. It keeps doing it until I turn it on and off again.

Checked your broadband connection? Checked your router? Checked your HDMI cable? 

Sky Stream relies entirely on you providing a fast and stable network connection in order for the service to function. Run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app to see what speed your puck is actually receiving.

Hi , thank you for your reply, yes I have tried all of these and it still cuts out. And it also resets the voice command as well so have to reset that every time .

I'd give Sky a ring - you may have a dodgy puck & they'll need to replace it.
