Returned to Sky but my remote won’t pair with sky glass

I've tried holding buttons 1 & 3 and  7&9 but neither get my remote working again. New batteries etc, still no joy. What now?

Try doing it in this order.

 

  1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
  2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
