Replacement Tv issues

I rang on 2nd March to report my tv been broken (I have sky protect) The D&G team was having IT issues so were unable to log it and therefore sent to sky along with an issue note. Its now the 11th and im getting nowhere and still without a tv. I had a text of sky to ring to arrange booking delivery and since have been unable to get through or sort with anybody who can help. I just want my tv replacment to get sorted please. Anyone offer advice, just cant get it sorted and last time was so easy getting fustrated.
