If you have tried all the help in the Sky help article below and its still not helped, you can order a replacement remote online. At the bottom of section 5 of that article, click on 'No, I still need help' and then click on 'get in touch' and it will provide the onlien form to get a replacement mailed to you. You need to sign in at that point with your skyid;
