Hi. My father has a Sky Glass TV and is partially sighted so uses the blue voice command button to change channels. This suddenly stopped working and I have tried to reset and reconnect the remote using the relevant buttons but it won't work. I brought a new remote but this won't work either. I don't know if it's an issue with the bluetooth. I've tried resetting the tv to factory settings but it still doesn't work. He's now using the 'hello sky' prompt but though it hears me fine it won't pick up his voice 99% of the time! It's a real problem as he's 84 and housebound so spends most of his time watching TV. Any advice would be much appreciated, I don't know what to do next?
