The sky glass remote control has stopped working. We went onto Sky and it said we should fill in a form which we did and then we got a message saying this request could not be processed, even though on the message it says a remote control will be sent free of charge. He said very very hard to actually get to speak to someone about this issue. How can I get a replacement remote control ?

If the form isn't working you will need to speak to Sky. When you call up, ignore it when it asks for a mobile number and it will give you an option to be put through to someone.
Alternatively you can purchase them via Amazon, but if you are under warranty it will be free from Sky.
