Remote control not working

My remote control stopped working. I have received a replacement today and still nothing. I have tried resetting the box, switching off at the mains and the "7&9" and "1&3" pairing guidance but nothing is working. Any help appreciated!

Hi @Yvonne-- 

have you made sure the paper tab has been removed completely from the battery compartment? 

also you need to be quite close to the sky device when setting up a remote. 

there is a mobile phone sky remote app available in iOS and android apps store that can control the tv should it be needed
