Remote Q streaming
My remote is extremely slow to react to the button commands

Hi @Mar100
What product do you have? Sky Glass (Sky's TV), Sky Stream (little black puck), or Sky Q (satellite product)? As Q streaming is not a service..
Also please can your clarity what you mean by slow? Isn't changing channels, any input like using the buttons to navigate the screen etc? Do voice commands work as expected?
Please provide as much detail as you can, remembering we are fellow customers not sky support and know nothing about you or your set up unless you tell us.
